Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern purchases made through Nuvie.com (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. General

Nuvie (“we,” “us,” “our”) sells wearable aromatherapy products within the United States. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.

 

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate, complete information at checkout
  • Purchase products for personal use only (unless otherwise approved)

3. Product Information

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, ingredients, and images. However, colors, packaging, and availability may vary. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
 We accept the following payment methods processed through Shopify Payments:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (if enabled)
  • Shop Pay

We may update accepted payment methods at any time.

 

5. Order Acceptance

Your order is considered accepted only once you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit quantities
  • Correct errors in pricing or product information

If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a refund.

 

6. Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by carriers or incorrect addresses.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of aromatherapy products, we may only accept returns in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or damaged items
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Other cases at our sole discretion

All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

We do not refund original shipping fees.

 

8. Limited Warranty

Nuvie products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. This warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear, or modifications.

 

9. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Nuvie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Total liability for any claim will not exceed the purchase price of the product.

 

10. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout.

 

11. Intellectual Property

All Site content, including product materials, is owned by Nuvie and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or resell our products without written authorization.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Nuvie is located:
Connecticut
 without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
